 The documents governing the personal data processing and privacy policy and the item return policy are an integral part of these rules and the agreement between the parties and are given the identical legal status.

Terms for the Licensee

     The website is primarily intended for start-uppers. Through the website, the buyer is given the opportunity to obtain a license for manufacturing a product, quickly, cheaply and easily, designed for large or medium production.

Through purchasing the design, the buyer gets access to the option of the drawings implemented in several programs and a simple five-year license to manufacture and sell the products obtained as a result of these drawings.

  The buyer of the rights to the patent must be registered as a tax payer, a Proprietor.

  The patent will be delivered in the form of: software drawings, instructions, images and video footages 

The parties to the agreement are the patent owner company Patentmarket.biz, hereinafter the licensor, and the purchaser of the patent license, hereinafter the licensee.

The buyer of the license is obliged to extend the term of the license every five years.

Note that the contract will come into force only after the full payment of the price then specified  in the contract.

Restrictions on the Usage

 The buyer- licensee receives only the right on production from the the patent owner- licensor. After modifying the design, the licensee is prohibited from selling, renting, giving away, lending it as a design!

 In such case, a penalty of $50,000 will be paid as a one-time fine, and in addition, the party will be required to pay full court and procedural costs in favor of the licensor.

By signing the agreement, the licensee fulfills the obligation to inform the site administration about the infringement of patent rights, if any. By such an action, the party significantly reduces the competition developed under unfair conditions and helps to protect the interests of honest consumers.

The price is fixed for all primary buyers.

The purchase costs for the license change once a year, after each new purchase,  and make up the amount of 50% of the added price to the previous purchase cost. This is the reason for such a low primary price.

Registration on the Web Page and Product purchase Stages

  After familiarizing with the website, which includes video clips, publications, views of  the patents of the proposed products, it is necessary to carefully read the rules.

On registering for the website, company data are enrolled. Company name, ID/company code, country, city, postal code, telephone, email, the date are automatically, saved and in the case of purchase,  the five-year term of your license starts from the date of registration . This is an electronic contract between you and us that enters  the database of the site. It will stay there forever. This is the official proof that you really hold the license for the specified period of time.

The database is accessible from any location of the world, at any time, and you need it for litigation against competitors who might produce similar products without our license.

  You can check this information through the publicity of the base, see how many companies hold this right, in which region they operate, and in case of any suspected  violation, act on it in alliance with us, of course. It is our obligation to provide  the court with a valid license , which will indicate the identity of its owner.

The database allows each new buyer of the license to determine the number of competitors in the region where he/she intends to start business, through the information on who bought it, in which region he operates, and how long he holds the license.

  The user fills out the electronic contract, agrees to the rules of the site. The purchase price will be specified in the electronic contract

After that, we press the payment button, select the type of transaction and the amount instantly appears on the site account.

After the payment, all software drawing files are available for you to download.

The Refund Policy

When downloading the product from the Internet, if it fails to download or downloads incompletely, the buyer must contact the site administration within 48 hours; in particular, he must fill in a special field, file a complaint and describe the situation.

The site administration will analyze the situation, correct the error if possible, or send a new file to the buyer, after which cooperation will resume.

  The buyer must register the return request within 14 (fourteen) days, exactly 336 hours after the purchase. Also, when submitting a request, the hour is saved. The buyer must also describe the reason why he is requesting a return.

In case of a refund, 70% of the amount paid is returned to the buyer; the remaining 30% is the procedural fee.

  When returning the license, a special field must be filled in, where the name of the company, identification code, country, city, address, postal code, email, telephone, bank name and account should be indicated.

When refunding money, the purchaser is sent a payment order, where the sender and receiver are indicated. After that, the site administration no longer has any obligations towards the buyer
