Terms and Conditions for inventors
The website administration allows inventors to post patents of their inventions on the PatentMarket site. Biz. and sell them not as a general license, but as a simple license.
If the license can be issued online, the patent is placed on the site only based on the agreement with the site administration.
The site facilitates two mutually interested parties to communicate with each other and obtain mutual benefits.
The patent owner can be both an individual person and a legal entity.
The agreement process includes:
- the discussion of the invention.
- the negotiation with the inventor.
- technical issues and deadlines related to the placement on the site.
The invention is placed on the site for a period of one year.
The invention or utility model must meet the following criteria: it must be registered as a patent or utility model in the patent office of the country with which we cooperate (Georgia, America, Canada, EU countries, China, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Ukraine -at least three of the countries)
The patent owner transfers the patent to the site for a period of one year and gives the right to sell it for the amount agreed upon by the site administration and the patent owner.
When posting a patent, the patent must be active for at least one year.
After each year, the patent holder is obliged to submit the fee paid to the patent office for keeping his invention in force to the site.
The inventor is prohibited from alienating the invention posted on the patentmarket.biz site. within the first year after signing the contract,
The inventor presents a video showing how his invention works, whether it has any defect. If such a defect is found, the patent cannot be placed on the site. After that, the inventor electronically sends us the invention in its complete form: formula, abstract, video clip, after the verification process, the patent is uploaded in a special field.
The patent owner registers on the site, where he enters personal information, indicating the ID number in the case of an individual, the identification code in the case of a legal entity.
After that, he agrees to all the terms of the site, pays an annual fee of USD 350 for the placement of the invention on the site to the specified account.
The invention will be uploaded on the site for a period of one year.
After the invention is sold, the site keeps 15% of the patent cost.
